The series “One Step Closer to Korea” invites you to dive deep into Korea and its culture. The third episode of the series is about ethnic Koreans, Koryoins, who moved to Russia in the late 19th century to escape the poverty and hardship of the late Joseon dynasty. In this video, we introduce their history as well as the Koryoin Children’s Choir’s promotion of the Gwangju Koryoin Village.
